Cohousing Advocates is a partnership between Joelyn Malone, cohousing resident and cooperative community facilitator, and Phil Stevenson, also a cohousing promoter and a real estate agent. This Twin Cities based partnership 
was created to help cohousing groups
establish new cohousing communities in the Twin Cities and surrounding region.
• We assist individuals in finding or founding active cohousing groups.
• We mentor forming cohousing groups and help those groups find sites.
• We work with builders and developers to partner with cohousing groups, modify their developments to incorporate cohousing - or find new sites.
Cohousing is a wonderful and fulfilling lifestyle. We invite you to join one of our forming communities.
Cohousing Groups Forming Now!
The first meeting for a group intending to form a cohousing group in Minneapolis is scheduled for August 9 at 4pm. A cohousing group that will form a community in Saint Paul's Midway area has already formed and is working on planning their community. To join either of these groups or to start a cohousing group in some other area call Phil at 612-871-8196.
