Welcome
Cohousing Advocates is a partnership between Joelyn Malone, cohousing resident and cooperative community facilitator, and Phil Stevenson, also a cohousing promoter and a real estate agent. This Twin Cities based partnership 
was created to help cohousing groups
establish new cohousing communities in the Twin Cities and surrounding region.
• We assist individuals in finding or founding active cohousing groups.
• We mentor forming cohousing groups and help those groups find sites.
• We work with builders and developers to partner with cohousing groups, modify their developments to incorporate cohousing - or find new sites.
Cohousing is a wonderful and fulfilling lifestyle. We invite you to join one of our forming communities.
Cohousing Groups Forming Now!
We are currently in the process of forming cohousing "core groups" based on geographic preference of individuals. At this point we are taking names for "South Minneapolis", "East Side St. Paul", "West Metro - general" and "East Metro - general". Please call Phil at 612-871-8196 to be added to our list for these groups. Requirements: ready now or in the near future to attend meetings 1 to 2 times per month, and do committee work between meetings. Desiring to move into cohousing community within next 12-36 months.
