I am currently a homeowner looking to build a community within my existing home. I would like to retain my existing home and need two other women to co-purchase my home with me. While I could choose to downsize into a more affordable home, I would prefer to find two others interested in living in a community lifestyle in a larger single family home. This includes sharing the cost of the mortgage and related expenses. Interested individuals will need to be employed and be able to qualify as a buyer for a new mortgage loan.

This home is located in a great community. There is a park and nature center only one block away and this small park is directly across from my house. There are several walking paths within the parks and area to enjoy. Lots of shopping and two bus lines are within walking distance.
